Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutritional services at a long-term care facility. You will play a critical role in assessing residents and developing care plans, collaborating with the care team to improve health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian must be licensed in-state with CDRE/CDR credentials.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of CMS/state nutrition regulations preferred.
• COVID-19 vaccination policy compliance as required.
• Driver's license if multi-site RD assignment.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' clinical nutrition needs and develop plans in the EMR.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on findings.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to CMS, state, and federal regulations and company standards.
• Provide coverage across multiple buildings based on needs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
