Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutrition services at a long-term care facility. You will assess needs, develop care plans, and educate residents and staff while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.

Position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with flexibility and competitive pay. Benefits include telemedicine, discount programs, and career development opportunities. Travel between buildings may be required.

Qualifications

Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
State license in good standing in the practice state.
Knowledge of the state survey process and compliance (preferred).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
COVID-19 vaccination policies as required by state/local/customers.
If multi-site, must have a valid Driver's License.
RD-eligible or provisional licensure accepted in certain locations.

Responsibilities

Assess residents' nutrition needs and document plans in the EMR.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on findings and lab results.
Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
Ensure adherence to CMS/state/federal regulations and company standards.
Provide coverage across multiple buildings as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
