The role includes AR management for Medicaid, VA and Private Pay, daily cash posting, handling family billing inquiries, monthly close and census reporting, with prior experience in a long-term care business office as a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Office Manager in a long-term care facility is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accounts receivable management encompassing Medicaid, VA, and Private Pay billing and collections
• Overseeing the Resident Trust accounts/activity
• Daily cash posting
• Handle family inquiries pertaining to billing
• Participate in monthly close processing (including triple check)
• Post ancillary charges monthly
• Prepare the daily census report
