Qualifications

• 2+ years in skilled nursing billing or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of Medicare/Medicaid payer systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee billing, accounts receivable, and collections activities.
• Supervise billing and collections personnel to meet cash and AR targets.
• Ensure regulatory compliance by collaborating with department heads.
• Optionally oversee accounts payable and payroll functions including tracking staff hours and benefits.
