Topaz Fiscal Services seeks a Business Office Manager to oversee billing, accounting, and records for the care facility. The role requires accounting knowledge and LTC experience, with responsibility for invoicing, cash handling, and ledger accuracy.

The position involves coordinating with department heads, maintaining logs, and interacting with families and residents to ensure compliant financial operations.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of two years college required.
• Must have knowledge of bookkeeping or accounting principles.
• Must Have Long Term Care Experience.

Mansioni

• Manage, oversee, and complete billing processes in line with company policies and standards.
• Oversee business office functions: records, accounting, billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Direct billing functions, including accurate invoicing of all client services.
• Manage petty cash and credit card transactions.
• Maintain all required logs and records.
• Consult with department heads to resolve account errors.
• Track census and census summary reports.
• Interact with families and residents.
• Receipt, posting, and maintenance of resident trust ledgers; reconcile with bank statements.
