A leading automotive company is seeking a Fleet Administrator to enhance its operations. The ideal candidate will manage reporting and pricing while ensuring smooth communication among customers, dealers, and internal teams. Key responsibilities include producing reports, managing fleet communication, and overseeing customer interactions. Candidates should have at least two years of experience in the automotive industry, strong Microsoft Office skills, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

• At least two years’ experience within the automotive and/or leasing industry.
• Experience in fleet administration and customer interaction.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Motivated, well-organised, and able to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering orders and stock.
• Prepare industry reports including SMMT and Insight.
• Manage pricing activities and coordinate operations.
• Handle inbound calls and emails professionally.
