Responsibilities

• Supervise, manage labor, and plan inbound, outbound, product slotting and customer communication activities.
• Conduct staff meetings to review daily/weekly work activities.
• Ensure the development of systems and procedures for managing operations.
• Manage operations to meet prescribed productivity and service goals.
• Provide direction and support to Human Resources.
• Train new staff and assess their training progress and additional duties.
• Holds regular meetings with warehouse staff to assess overall status.
• Maintain high degree of motivation in team members to provide highest levels of customer satisfaction.
