Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years’ experience in logistics/distribution environment.
• 1 year supervisory experience.
• Forklift training completed; MHE knowledge preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• RF scanners experience; knowledge of WMS functions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and personnel skills.
• Strong written and oral communication; leadership ability.
• Able to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inbound, outbound, product slotting, and customer communication activities.
• Conduct staff meetings to review daily/weekly work activities and ensure continuous improvement.
• Keep senior management and clients informed of critical issues affecting operations.
• Develop systems and procedures for managing operations per policies.
• Manage operations to meet productivity and service goals under client agreements.
• Implement cost-saving measures and suggest efficiency improvements.
• Meet client KPIs and comply with quality system requirements.
• Provide direction and support to HR; assist in hiring and training programs.
• Plan daily work schedules and assign warehouse duties.
