Job summary

KMT Waterjet, part of Shape Technologies Group, is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily shipping and receiving operations. You will supervise staff, coordinate with internal teams, ensure on-time and accurate shipments, and uphold safety and quality standards in a high-volume warehouse environment.

The role requires 2+ years of shipping/receiving supervision and solid experience with QMS, plus strong organizational and communication skills to drive efficiency and teamwork in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Proven experience in shipping and receiving operations.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise shipping and receiving team to ensure timely, accurate processing of shipments.
• Train, mentor, and coach staff to improve performance and productivity.
• Ensure shipments meet quality standards and comply with policies and procedures.
• Maintain inventory records and organize storage of goods within warehouse.
• Oversee shipping activities to ensure accuracy and condition of shipments.
• Direct movement of goods between storage and work areas.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in shipping/receiving.
• Maintain shipment records and generate KPI reports.
