Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and reliability.
• Experience with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Proficient with measurement tools (dial indicators, micrometers, calipers).
• Adherence to lockout/tagout safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical maintenance on CNC machines and equipment.
• Read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams to troubleshoot CNC machine circuits.
• Calibrate CNC machine controls and associated electrical equipment.
• Maintain documentation of maintenance work and inspections.
• Support special projects and respond to emergencies promptly.
• Assist with facility upkeep and general building maintenance.
