Job summary
Shape Technologies Group – Baxter Springs is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily shipping and receiving operations. You will supervise warehouse staff, coordinate with internal departments to meet delivery requirements, maintain inventory accuracy, and drive process improvements.
The role requires proven experience in shipping and receiving, knowledge of QMS, and strong leadership in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field.
- Minimum 2+ years supervising shipping and receiving operations.
- Experience using a Quality Management System (QMS) is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Direct and supervise shipping/receiving team for timely processing of shipments.
- Train and coach staff to improve performance and productivity.
- Ensure shipments meet quality standards and company policies.
- Maintain inventory records and organize warehouse storage accordingly.
- Oversee shipping activities for accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments.
- Identify and implement process improvements for shipping/receiving.
- Maintain records and generate KPI reports; ensure regulatory compliance.
- Uphold safety regulations and create a safe work environment.
