Shape Technologies Group – Baxter Springs is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our Logistics team. In this role, you will lead daily shipping and receiving operations in the warehouse, ensuring accurate, timely inbound and outbound shipments. You will supervise warehouse staff, coordinate with internal departments to meet delivery requirements, maintain inventory accuracy, and drive process improvements. You will also ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards while providing clear leadership and direction to the team.

While performing the duties of this role, the employee is regularly required to sit and stand for extended periods (8+ hour shifts), walk throughout warehouse facilities, and occasionally climb stairs or ladders. The employee must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds, as well as reach, bend, stoop, twist, and perform repetitive motions.
This position requires working in off‑site warehouse locations that are not climate‑controlled, with exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, dust, and outdoor weather conditions. The employee must be comfortable working around warehouse equipment, forklifts, and moving materials, and may be required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this position.
