Job summary

MCC Label is seeking a Logistics Warehouse Lead in Knoxville, TN. You will act as the primary point of contact for all incoming and outgoing drivers, coordinating paperwork and schedules, and ensuring shipments are accurate and complete.

You will verify, unload, and prepare items for outbound shipment while supporting internal teams. Responsibilities include pulling orders, preparing shipping documents, operating forklifts and pallet jacks, routing items, and maintaining inventory of shipping

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Must be able to operate a forklift and a pallet jack.
• Reading and writing ability to read documents, write routine reports, and communicate with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and algebra concepts.

Responsibilities

• Pull customer orders and prepare related shipping documents accurately and promptly.
• Prepare skids/pallets for shipping and stretch wrap completed loads.
• Unload raw materials from trucks; inspect incoming shipments for damages.
• Route items to departments and scan materials into the system.
• Operate forklift or hand truck to move shipments and verify data against records.
