Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics in Lebanon, TN is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse activities, supervise staff, and ensure safety and compliance. You will focus on production, discipline, and timely task execution to meet goals.

You will train employees, audit driver logs, coordinate with other departments, and support planning and budgeting with the Operations Manager. On-site presence is required with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Four years industry experience required.
• Two years supervisory required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily operations within the department.
• Review and audit drivers logs and inspections.
• Coordinate with Safety & Compliance.
• Accountable for production, supervision and discipline of employees.
• Monitor and evaluate employees based on goals and standards.
• Enforce policy and procedure compliance.
• Train employees on job specific duties.
• Make suggestions and show initiative for process improvements.
• Effectively communicate with drivers, clients, vendors and employees.
• Assist Operations Manager with planning and budget process.
