Job summary

The Goodwill of South Central Wisconsin, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Manager to oversee the efficient, safe, and sustainable operation of donated goods, aftermarket and transportation functions.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in Logistics or related field.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in logistics, transportation, or warehouse operations; or 5+ years in lieu of degree.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the safe, efficient handling of donated and commercial goods in line with policies and budgets.
• Develop and communicate short- and long-term operational strategies to leadership and store management.
• Negotiate with vendors to improve profitability, efficiency and sustainability outcomes.
• Monitor inventory, salvage, transportation and warehouse performance metrics to drive results.
