Job summary

Lineage Logistics in Wisconsin is seeking a warehouse supervisor to lead daily operations, assign tasks to warehouse associates, and ensure adherence to standards of service, quality, safety, and productivity. You will oversee loading/unloading, forklift operations, inspections, and shipment checks, collaborating with Traffic and Customer Service to resolve issues.

A hands-on leader comfortable with varied temperatures and schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a warehouse/logistics setting.
• Ability to work in cold storage -20F to 100F with PPE.
• Must lift 40 lbs (18 kg) or more as required.
• Flexible shifts including weekends.
• Ability to work in loud environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign and direct the work of warehouse associates within a designated area.
• Report defective products and coordinate corrective actions.
• Manage associate responsibilities including loading/unloading and forklift use.
• Handle daily inspections of equipment and inbound/outbound trailers.
• Check shipments for quantity and quality and report variances.
• Maintain communication with Traffic and Customer Service Coach and provide feedback.
