Job summary

New Chapter in Brattleboro, VT is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead a ~20-person logistics team and ensure inbound, outbound, and inventory operations meet manufacturing and customer needs.

You'll drive safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement through KPI monitoring, process standardization, and cross-functional collaboration with Production, Quality, Planning, and Customer Service. The role emphasizes ownership, accountability, and a culture of performance and safety.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership in logistics or supply chain.
• Experience managing warehouse operations, inventory control, and fulfillment.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• GMP-regulated manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day inbound receiving, warehousing, inventory control, and shipping.
• Develop and coach a team of ~20 logistics staff for safety and performance.
• Establish expectations, performance standards, and accountability.
• Drive continuous improvement and KPI-based decision making.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Planning, and Customer Service.
