Masiello Employment Services is seeking a Warehouse Manager in the Brattleboro, VT area for a direct-hire role. You will lead a 20+ person warehouse and logistics team, overseeing receiving, inventory, warehousing, and shipping to ensure smooth production support.

The role emphasizes driving performance, safety, and continuous improvement while partnering across operations, planning, quality, and customer service. Salary ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in warehousing, logistics, distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain operations.
• Proven success leading teams and improving operational performance.
• Experience with inventory control, shipping, receiving, fulfillment, and warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of ERP, warehouse management, or inventory management systems.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 20+ warehouse and logistics employees.
• Oversee receiving, inventory management, warehousing, shipping, fulfillment, and material movement operations.
• Ensure accurate inventory control and reliable material flow to support production requirements.
• Monitor departmental performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Improve warehouse efficiency, organization, productivity, and service levels.
• Partner with operations, planning, quality, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Promote and maintain a strong culture of safety, quality, compliance, and accountability.
• Investigate operational issues and implement corrective actions to drive long-term improvements.
