Responsibilities

• Operate industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to safely transport heavy goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform shipping and receiving duties to ensure supply chain integrity.
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks and troubleshooting to minimize equipment downtime and maximize reliability.
• Lead and mentor team members to foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor production workflows to ensure all operational goals and quality standards are consistently achieved.
