Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to follow complex work instructions and meet productivity goals.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Experience operating warehouse technology, including RF scanners and touchscreen interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial trucks to transport freight throughout the facility.
• Use RF scanners and digital interfaces to track locations and inventory data in real time.
• Perform order picking and staging to meet daily throughput and quality targets.
• Maintain clean and organized workspaces to support efficient workflows.
• Collaborate with floor teams to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth order processing.
• Follow all safety protocols and comply with standards while handling heavy machinery.
