Job summary

Accelera in Massachusetts seeks a Warehouse Logistics Specialist to ensure product integrity by guiding materials through processing stages. You will apply material handling and QA expertise to meet industry standards, keeping products safe for end-users.

Responsibilities include executing FDA/ISO/GMP-aligned workflows, operating forklifts and pallet jacks, loading/unloading, tracking sterilization and quality benchmarks, and sustaining a safe workplace with PPE.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or industrial environment.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.

Responsibilities

• Execute product processing workflows in strict alignment with FDA, ISO, and GMP regulatory requirements.
• Operate industrial handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to facilitate efficient inventory movement.
• Manage the loading and unloading of goods into specialized processing systems to meet production throughput goals.
• Deploy and monitor specialized tracking devices to verify that all products meet precise sterilization and quality benchmarks.
• Maintain a high standard of workplace safety by adhering to all health protocols and utilizing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Analyze operational workflows to identify potential bottlenecks and implement effective corrective action plans.
• Ensure consistent quality control across all stages of the material handling lifecycle.
