Accelera is seeking a Logistics and Site Traffic Specialist to ensure the smooth flow of heavy equipment and materials on busy project sites. You will direct vehicle movements, coordinate deliveries, and operate forklifts to keep projects on track and safe.

In this role, you will monitor site activity, communicate with crews, and make rapid decisions to remove bottlenecks, ensuring timely material availability and overall site efficiency.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift operator certification.
• Proven experience managing vehicle traffic or logistics in a construction or industrial environment.
• Ability to maintain composure and focus in fast-paced, high-pressure settings.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background screening.

Responsibilities

• Direct the movement of construction vehicles to ensure site safety and prevent traffic congestion.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries to maintain project timelines and material availability.
• Operate industrial forklifts to safely offload and stage construction supplies.
• Monitor site activity to identify potential hazards and implement proactive safety measures.
• Maintain clear communication with site personnel to streamline logistics and material distribution.
• Execute rapid decision-making to resolve site bottlenecks and optimize workflow.
