Vestas in Windsor, CO is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring timely inbound/outbound logistics and inventory integrity. You will allocate labor and resources to meet production schedules, drive process improvements, and enforce safety standards.

The role requires an associate degree and 3+ years in logistics or manufacturing, with supervisory experience and proficiency in MS Office.

Competenze

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in logistics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
• Supervisory experience or ability to lead and develop teams.
• Completion of required HSE and warehouse safety training or ability to obtain certification.
• Experience with inventory control, material flow, shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement through data analysis and problem solving.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of MRP, ERP, timekeeping, and supply chain systems.
• Ability to maintain a safe, compliant and productive work environment.

• Manage inventory accuracy through transaction controls, cycle counts, audits, and corrective actions.
• Develop warehouse storage strategies to optimize material flow and efficiency.
• Allocate labor, equipment, and materials to meet production and customer demands.
• Monitor warehouse performance using KPIs and drive improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, procedures, and policies.
• Ensure certifications and training remain current for site and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain safety by enforcing HSE requirements and PPE compliance.
• Supervise and develop team members through hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and succession planning.
• Build a culture of accountability and teamwork.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure material availability.
• Lead improvement projects using RCA, 5 Why, CAPA and change management.
