Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in logistics, operations, supply chain, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
• Supervisory experience or demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop teams.
• Completion of required HSE and warehouse safety training or the ability to obtain certification.
• Experience with inventory control, material flow, shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement through data analysis and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations to support production schedules and customer requirements.
• Manage inventory accuracy through transaction controls and cycle counting.
• Develop storage strategies to optimize material flow and efficiency.
• Allocate labor, equipment, and materials to meet demands.
• Monitor KPIs and drive safety, quality, productivity, and service levels.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety policies.
• Supervise, coach, and develop team members via onboarding and performance management.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure material availability.
• Lead improvement projects using RCA, 5 Why, CAPA, and Kaizen.
