Job summary

Vestas American Wind Technology in Brighton, CO, is hiring a Logistics Supervisor to oversee shipping and warehouse operations on the night shift. You will plan, direct, and optimize inbound and outbound logistics to ensure on-time delivery and inventory accuracy.

The role requires 2–5 years in logistics or related fields, supervisor training, HSE certification, and proficiency with MS Office and MRP/timekeeping systems.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience in logistics/operations or related field.
• Supervisor training or verified people leadership training.
• HSE mandatory training completed, with focus on warehouse safety standards.
• Experiência with heavy equipment preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct shipping and warehouse operations in alignment with the production plan, ensuring quality & inventory accuracy.
• Execute and oversee inbound, outbound, and internal logistics activities.
• Define and optimize storage strategies with high data quality across systems.
• Plan and allocate material orders based on production requirements.
• Lead a safe work environment and enforce 5S standards and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise Shipping/Warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
