GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage transportation and related logistics for goods and services to internal and external customers and suppliers.

The role collaborates with the Logistics Project Manager and cross-functional teams to optimize daily transportation planning and ensure on-time delivery. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2+ years in logistics or transportation roles, with experience in Transportation Management

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Engineering, PM, or Supply Chain.
2+ years in Transportation, Logistics, Demand/Supply Planning, or related fields.
Experience with Transportation Management Software.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily transportation and shipment planning with cross-functional teams.
Maintain freight estimates, logistics plans, and cost tracking.
Ensure orders and shipments are optimized via the TMS and ERP systems.
Support carrier communications to meet service level objectives.
Monitor data flows between ERP, TMS, and project management systems.
Identify capacity gaps and support planning.
