Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Engineering, PM, or Supply Chain Management.
• 2+ years of experience in Transportation, Logistics, Planning or related functions.
• Familiarity with Transportation Management Software (TMS) and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Logistics Project Manager and cross-functional teams to optimize daily transportation and shipment planning.
• Maintain freight estimates, logistics plans, and cost tracking.
• Ensure orders and shipments are optimized via the TMS and client tools for timely, in-full delivery.
• Coordinate with internal groups and external carriers to meet service levels.
• Monitor data flows between ERP, TMS, and project management systems for successful execution.
• Identify gaps in transportation capacity and coordinate with Capacity Planning.
• Lead carrier performance programs, provide reporting and recommendations for improvement.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and compliance with logistics requirements.
• Review contracts and complete TMS setup and expedited shipping instructions.
• Ensure on-time pickup/delivery and accurate cost KPIs; manage RFQ/awards and billing accuracy.
• Identify OOG cargo and distribute handling drawings to routing team.
• Support cost-plus reimbursement processes as required.
• Proactively resolve issues with routing team and shipment tracking, maintaining updates.
• Work on-site at designated location five days per week.
