Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a Lead Logistics Project Manager to oversee a regional portfolio and drive transportation cost reductions. The role requires coordinating shipments, negotiating rates, and ensuring on-time delivery across inbound and outbound processes.

You will work with Buyers, freight forwarders, and carriers, develop logistics strategies, monitor KPIs, and manage RFQs to deliver value for the business on complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
• 3+ years of experience in logistics, project management, or supply chain.
• International logistics experience preferred.
• Advanced English; second language helpful.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute inbound and outbound global logistics.
• Coordinate with Buyers, vendors, freight forwarders and carriers for timely, cost-effective delivery.
• Develop logistics strategy to optimize cycle cost.
• Maintain project plans and freight estimates for customer communications.
• Prepare RFQs for internal stakeholders to compare cost scenarios.
• Monitor KPIs and provide reporting on project lifecycle and costs.
