Qualifications

• Experience leading project logistics teams and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of transportation mode optimization and cost control.
• Ability to develop and review budgets, schedules, and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Directly lead and develop Project Logistics Managers, Logistics Specialists, and Logistics Coordinators.
• Manage performance, development, workload, priorities, and resource allocation across the logistics organization.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and succession planning for direct-report logistics personnel.
• Assign logistics resources based on project complexity, risk, schedule, workload, and customer requirements.
• Establish portfolio priorities and ensure adequate logistics support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor team capacity and address resource constraints and gaps.
• Establish operating rhythms and governance reviews.
