England Logistics is seeking seasoned freight brokers to join its Authorized Freight Agent Program. This partnership lets you run your independent freight business with the backing of a national 3PL, access to expansive resources, technology, and a robust support infrastructure while maintaining autonomy.

If you have a proven track record in Full Truck Load (FTL), LTL, or Parcel brokerage, and a current book of business, this partnership is designed to help you scale your success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of freight brokerage experience requested.
• Proven ability to grow and manage a book of business.
• Experience with FTL, LTL, or Parcel brokerage preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate as an independent contractor and freight agent under England Logistics
• Leverage our national carrier network to secure competitive rates and reliable service
• Manage and grow your book of business across multiple freight modes: Dry Van, Flatbed, Reefer, Specialized, Parcel
• Utilize England Logistics’ back-office support for credit checks, collections, claims, and legal services
• Access innovative tools including McLeod Software, DAT, Trucker Tools, and real-time load tracking.
• Collaborate with dedicated Agent Service Representatives and Business Development Coaches
• Participate in exclusive events like the annual Agent Conference to network and learn from industry leaders
