Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Training Specialist, Operations for our Chandler, AZ site. The role focuses on organizing and facilitating training to ensure all facility employees receive necessary instruction to perform their roles effectively.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, experience in logistics, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. English is required, Spanish bilingual is preferred; WMS and RF Scanner experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in logistics/distribution preferred.
• Experience using WMS and RF scanners is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-the-job training and coaching to staff.
• Observe and evaluate associates to measure progress and training effectiveness.
• Submit completed training plans with dates and areas trained.
• Attend leadership meetings and provide refresher training as needed.
• Perform warehouse duties when not training.
• Prepare and execute training sessions with established materials and timelines.
• Document training progress and provide feedback to supervisors.
