Job summary

Target is seeking a Training Specialist to support onboarding and training across our Distribution Center network. You will work with the Training Operations Manager to ensure onboarding content is applied consistently for new hires and tenured staff.

Responsibilities include preparing onboarding materials, delivering trainings, setting up spaces, coordinating staffing, and guiding trainers. A background in warehouse operations and MS Office proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Warehouse Operations experience; training experience preferred.
• Able to comprehend oral, written and visual communication; read materials such as labels and training guides.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Prepare onboarding materials and logistics; facilitate and deliver onboarding trainings.
• Ensure all team members complete new hire onboarding moments.
• Set up and maintain training spaces for various group sizes.
• Communicate staffing numbers and timelines to building partners.
• Onboard, guide, audit, and upskill Team Member Trainers.
