Job summary

HYVE Solutions is seeking a Training Supervisor to lead and develop Training Specialist staff across multiple Logistics Centers. You will ensure SLA delivery for annual training and support resource planning aligned to corporate objectives.

Responsibilities include delivering End User-level training, OSHA/safety sessions, and coordinating onboarding. The role requires leadership, planning, and a proactive approach to training program effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, train, and evaluate Training Specialist staff across multiple locations.
• Ensure delivery of SLAs for annual training in Logistics Centers.
• Assist with resource planning and training budget aligned with corporate objectives.
• Deliver End User-level training and OSHA/safety program sessions.
• Facilitate new employee orientation and coordinate scheduling in LRC.
• Evaluate training program effectiveness and update documentation.
• Contribute to budgeting and strategic planning.
• Represent the department in logistics initiatives and projects.
• Meet attendance and punctuality standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
