Job summary

Saddle Creek Logistics Services is seeking an Operations Support Coordinator in Atlanta to help coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, prepare documents, and serve as the primary contact for drivers and carriers.

You will use transportation management systems (TMS), manage BOLs, verify receiving, and support warehouse leads with reporting and orders. High school diploma required; experience in a warehouse environment preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service, clerical, or similar role considered a plus.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments through TMS and communicate truck schedules.
• Manage Bill of Ladings (BOLs) and act as liaison between drivers and Saddle Creek personnel.
• Wave orders, document returns and exchanges, and generate receipts and shipping documents.
• Verify quality, timeliness, and accuracy of receiving process and assist warehouse leads.
