Job summary

DSV Road GmbH is seeking a Senior Training Specialist to coordinate and deliver training programs on site at our Reno, NV facility. The role reports to the Human Resources Manager or Training Manager and focuses on quality control, work measurement, logistics procedures, safety/HR, and work instructions.

The candidate will develop competency training for systems and leadership development and provide ongoing support to staff, aligning with client expectations and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years’ experience working in warehousing and/or logistics preferred.
• 1-year clerical experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver training courses on site for DSV and clients.
• Develop competency training that is role-specific in systems and leadership development.
• Plan and deliver on-the-job (OJT) training to improve site performance.
• Ensure all training information is entered and maintained in the training database.
• Ensure site training programs meet regulatory, DSV, and client requirements.
