Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Training Specialist, Operations to coordinate and deliver training programs on site. You will develop competency training for systems and leadership, ensure regulatory and client requirements are met, and support site performance through effective training management.

With a focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement, you will work with management to align training with operational needs and maintain training records.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years' experience in warehousing and/or logistics preferred.
• 1-year clerical experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver training courses required by DSV and the client.
• Develop competency training in systems and leadership development.
• Assist in ensuring training programs meet regulatory and client requirements.
• Plan and deliver on-the-job training (OJT) programs to improve site performance.
• Maintain training data and certificates for associates and equipment operators.
• Support management and operations teams to meet business needs.
• Monitor and report staff training achievements within formats and time.

Education

2 years' warehousing/logistics experience
