Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Safety Manager to oversee coordination and delivery of required training. The role includes developing programs for safety, quality, and process improvement, and ensuring ISO/5-Star readiness across the site.

You will monitor progress, manage certifications, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The position reports to the General Manager on site and requires strong communication, OSHA compliance, and hands-on leadership of training

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years’ experience in training and/or warehousing.
• Knowledge of inventory management procedures and warehouse terminology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training programs for safety, quality and operations.
• Monitor and report training progress and achievements.
• Facilitate safety and operations training, including regulatory compliance.
• Run OSHA training and ensure documentation is up to date.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
