Momentum in Jacksonville, FL is hiring a Track and Trace Coordinator. The role focuses on establishing and maintaining relationships with carriers and drivers, tracking shipments, and ensuring customer requirements are met.

Hours are M-F, 6pm - 3am, with growth opportunities in a family-oriented company. Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, with preference for a college degree and supply chain or logistics experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Supply chain, logistics, or transportation industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track and trace all shipments and load status.
• Process EDI as required (key account/OEM).
• Update and maintain transportation management and operation systems.
• Coordinate deliveries with carriers.
• Provide complex problem resolution and guidance to others.
• Maintain regular attendance and flexibility for overtime.
