Job summary

Priority1 is seeking a Territory Manager in Scranton to drive new business opportunities in a fast-paced freight sales environment. You will prospect, set up new accounts and manage ongoing relationships with executive decision-makers, including owners and CFOs.

Training programs are provided, including a Fast Start and senior-level sessions. The role offers a strong income path with a base salary, uncapped commissions, a monthly car allowance, and comprehensive health and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of freight sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred (business, marketing or communications preferred).
• Active involvement in campus activities and athletic backgrounds are encouraged.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, polished and professional.
• Determined to be part of a winning team with a drive for success.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new business with a focus on B2B relationships.
• Develop lead generation and use CRM to track activity.
• Sell and set up new accounts and manage existing ones.
• Access and nurture accounts you win to grow revenue.
