Job summary

Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc. is seeking aTechnical Analyst to support enterprise software solutions across warehouse execution systems.

You will act as a bridge between business users, developers, QA, and product leadership to translate requirements into actionable technical solutions. With 3–5 years in a technical analyst or similar role, you will collaborate across teams, document processes, and help ensure features are delivered with clear release notes and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

Experience gathering, refining, and translating functional requirements into detailed technical specs.
Ability to create and maintain Jira tickets with user stories, acceptance criteria, and dependencies.
Experience documenting workflows, technical logic, and edge-case scenarios in Confluence.
