Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in production/application support, preferably in logistics, transportation, or supply chain environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents in production systems.
• Act as point-of-contact for system-related inquiries and escalate as needed.
• Create SQL scripts and data updates to address gaps.
• Coordinate system upgrades and track health of jobs and integrations.
