Job summary

Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Production Support Analyst to provide second- and third-line technical and software support for production environments spanning trucking, intermodal, brokerage, and value-added services.

You will troubleshoot incidents, coordinate with IT and operations, and document resolutions for future reference. You will create SQL scripts to update data, monitor system health and job processing, and escalate issues to development or infrastructure teams when

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related field (or equivalent).
2–4 years of production or application support experience, preferably in logistics or supply chain.

Responsibilities

Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents in production environments with minimal business disruption.
Coordinate with IT, development, and operations to escalate and resolve issues.
Create and modify SQL scripts to update critical data and support data integrity.
Provide timely updates to stakeholders on incident status and resolution.
Ensure activities comply with security, governance, and data privacy requirements.
Assist in system upgrades and test in staging environments before production.
