Qualifications

• 5+ years IT experience in logistics or supply chain environments.
• Experience delivering complex warehouse management solutions.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Define IT solution architecture and align with customer requirements.
• Produce functional specifications to support new projects and change requests.
• Collaborate with customers, IT teams, and engineering to design solutions.
• Conduct gap analyses, impact assessments, and document functional needs.
• Design practical, cost‑effective solutions considering geography, budget, and constraints.
• Prepare sign-offs and maintain stakeholder communications throughout projects.
• Support testing phases: QA, SIT, UAT and deploys during warranty.
• Travel internationally to support deployments as required.
