Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train new and existing associates on distribution activities.
• Train on SOPs including shipping, receiving, picking, and quality control.
• Assist in forklift operation and certification.
• Oversee unloading, picking, staging, and loading per SOP.
• Ensure paperwork accuracy with drivers.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance.
• Direct warehouse team to meet productivity and payroll hours.
• Prepare activity reports for site management.
