Job summary

Belimo is seeking a Group Leader, Logistics to lead hourly warehouse staff, oversee manpower planning, and ensure safe, accurate operations across shipping, receiving, and inventory control.

You will use SAP and WMS, enforce OSHA/ISO standards, and drive continuous improvements to achieve on-time delivery and high-quality service for Belimo customers. You will also train and coach staff, manage time sheets, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years shipping/distribution experience, including 1–3 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience leading warehouse or logistics teams.
• Strong knowledge of ERP (SAP) and WMS systems.
• Familiarity with OSHA/ISO compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop hourly warehouse staff.
• Plan manpower, supervise picking, packing, and shipping.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and perform cycle counts.
• Maintain ERP/WMS data accuracy and inventory control.
• Enforce forklift safety and OSHA/ISO procedures.
• Drive process improvements and on-time delivery.
