Job summary

Belimo in Danbury, CT is seeking a Receiving, Line Leader to coordinate internal logistics and inbound shipments. You will organize daily truck schedules, match POs, create TOs, and use WMS/TMS to process and track orders.

Leadership responsibilities include structuring team work, coaching staff, and ensuring safety and efficiency. The base pay is $25.00 hourly with up to a 5% annual bonus, and Belimo offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Speak, read and write English.
• 2–3 years of inbound receiving experience.
• Able to use computers and scanners, printers.
• Lift up to 44 lbs (20 kg).
• Leadership/Team Lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound deliveries and ensure efficient workflow.
• Organize daily inbound truck schedule and PO matching.
• Prioritize and create TOs for order picking.
• Use WMS and monitor through completion.
• Coordinate transport with carriers and monitor shipments.
• Model leadership and supervise team; provide staff input.
