Balchem is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the warehouse and plant shipping operations. You will drive safety, quality, and efficiency, overseeing order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and material flow to production and customers.

Responsibilities include developing SOPs, managing staff, and coordinating with manufacturing for just-in-time delivery. Strong Excel and ERP skills, plus Hazmat certification, are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Four-year degree or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse leadership experience in a high mix operation.
• Hazmat certified for hazardous material shipments.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems (e.g. D365).
• Strong verbal and written communication; multitasking and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead warehouse and plant shipping operations with safety and quality focus.
• Oversee order fulfillment, labeling, storage, picking, and transportation coordination.
• Maintain 100% inventory accuracy and ERP data integrity.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for warehouse operations.
• Ensure timely receipt and just-in-time delivery of raw materials.
• Supervise a small pre-weigh production area supplying kits to production.
• Ensure staff training, accountability, and staffing levels.
• Support cost saving and efficiency projects; maintain mobile equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
