Job summary

Belimo Americas is seeking a Team Leader for Production Planning & Control to direct daily planning and scheduling activities, translating demand into weekly schedules while balancing labor, machinery, and material capacities on the factory floor. You will drive continuous improvement and coordinate with IT, automation, and Customer Service teams.

The role emphasizes leadership across multiple levels, optimization of order flow, and KPI-driven performance in a dynamic manufacturing environment

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
8+ years in operations/automation/manufacturing.
Experience with logistics automated systems integrations.
Experience with SAP or other major ERP.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Production Control team and system support across multiple levels.
Oversee and optimize order flow processes across Belimo Americas.
Monitor and analyze operational KPIs (OTD, order accuracy, DPPM, system performance).
Drive process improvements with cross-functional teams (CS, Planning, Logistics, IT).
Support automation projects, including testing and integration.
