Job summary

Fleet Farm in Rapid City, SD is seeking a Logistics Team Lead to supervise the receiving, stocking and merchandising of inbound freight. You will lead a team to meet a 24-hour floor readiness target and ensure strong presentation standards across the store.

The role requires prior retail logistics or warehouse experience, plus the ability to coach a diverse team, multi-task, and adapt quickly in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail logistics or general warehouse experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and build relationships in a fast changing environment.
• Able to direct and motivate a diverse population of full-time and part-time team members.
• Ability to multi-task, act decisively and stay flexible in a quick changing environment.
• Warehouse setting may have temperature fluctuations, noise, dust, and uneven walking surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise the Logistics Team.
• Plan and prioritize the Logistics Team’s daily activities and assign tasks.
• Ensure all freight is processed and stocked on the floor within 24 hours of receipt.
• Maintain stocking standards and Fleet Farm presentation standards.
• Coordinate excess merchandise with Replenishment to proper binning and backroom storage.
• Collaborate with Logistics Manager to implement process improvements and evaluate team performance.
• Assist in picking BOPIS and preparing PPS orders.
• Promote Fleet Farm loyalty program and other initiatives.
