Job summary

Fleet Farm is seeking a Logistics Team Lead to supervise the Logistics Team and drive efficient flow of inbound freight to the sales floor. You will train staff, plan daily activities, and ensure a 24-hour turnover from receipt to stocking while upholding Fleet Farm’s presentation standards.

The role requires the ability to coordinate with Replenishment and Logistics Managers, promote company initiatives, and support BOPIS/PPS processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in retail logistics or warehouse experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and build relationships in a fast-changing environment.
• Ability to direct and motivate a diverse team including full- and part-time members.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise the Logistics Team.
• Plan and prioritize daily activities and assign tasks.
• Ensure all freight is processed and stocked within 24 hours of receipt.
